Yes, we accept all major insurance plans except Infinity.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are accepted depending on availability.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, telehealth appointments are available at both locations.
Are Russian-speaking doctors or staff available?
Yes, many of our doctors and staff speak Russian.
Can I get same-day appointments?
In many cases, yes. Please call early in the day to check availability.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and any relevant medical documents.
Are both locations open during the week?
Yes, both Ocean Parkway and Humboldt Street locations are open Monday through Friday.
